1. Eligibility for Returns

The return request is made within 7 or 14 days of delivery.
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personal care items, beauty products, and hygiene-related items once opened.
Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
Customized or personalized products.

Select Product: Choose the item you want to return and click “Request Return.”
Reason for Return: Provide details and upload images (if applicable) for quicker processing.
Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including shipping details.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated after we inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the return criteria.
Refund methods:
Original Payment Method: For prepaid orders.
Store Credit: For a quicker alternative to use on your next Raapchik spree.
Bank Transfer: For specific cases, if applicable.
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and approved.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size, color, or replacement of defective products, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Defective/Damaged Products: We’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
