  2. Select Product: Choose the item you want to return and click “Request Return.”
  3. Reason for Return: Provide details and upload images (if applicable) for quicker processing.
  4. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including shipping details.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated after we inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • Refund methods:
    • Original Payment Method: For prepaid orders.
    • Store Credit: For a quicker alternative to use on your next Raapchik spree.
    • Bank Transfer: For specific cases, if applicable.
  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within  7–10 business days after the product is received and approved.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or replacement of defective products, subject to stock availability.
  • To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Damaged Products: We’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.

6. Conditions for Refund Denial

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • The return request is made after the eligibility window.
  • The item returned does not match the one delivered.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. To cancel, visit your “My Orders” section and select “Cancel Order.”
